Your donation makes all the difference

There are plenty of good reasons for supporting CABS.

Above all, your donation enables us to equip game wardens throughout Europe, to locate and collect bird traps, to finance our campaigns, and to take cases to court to achieve better protection of our migrant birds. We receive no money from the state and we are therefore completely independent. Our finance comes solely from donations and members’ fees as well as inheritances. CABS is a recognised charity and donations made in Germany can be set against tax.

Our outgoings for administration are below 10 %. You can therefore be sure that your donation is used where it is need most – for the direct and effective protection of our migrant birds. In autumn 2002 the German consumer magazine “Ökotest” (Ecology Test) investigated us in depth and awarded us a “Very Good” for our use of donations!
